It's been a challenging time. Orders have fallen through, and customer’s payments have been delayed. This draw is a small but meaningful way to help her steady the ground beneath her feet and forge forward with a little more hope and stability.
About the blade:
This beautiful 190mm Gyuto is crafted from 14c28n stainless steel. A fine-grained, high-performance steel designed specifically for kitchen knives by Alleima (formerly Sandvik). It offers excellent edge retention and superb corrosion resistance, making it a reliable companion for daily use.
Hand-forged and heat treated with care, plate quenching and cryo-treatment; brings out the very best in this steel.
The handle is carved from Stabilized Apple Burl with the trans flag accent being acrylic.
Made to feel right at home in any kitchen, this knife is ready to take on a wide range of tasks with ease and elegance.
